Blytheswood Offering ^ i > d JDalgety and Co., Ltd., report on Mt J. A. Russell 's annual pedigree pig sale held at the Showgrounds, Palmerston North on Thursday. Ther© was a ready demand for good pigs and a large beneh of buyers from the North Island keetily comgeted for pedigree Tamworthu and Berkshires. Half the ofBering of Berkshire iows and boars was sired by the imported Ehglish boar "Branton Rambler,,, who. is strongly transmitting his good qualities of the latest improved type of English Berktehire. In the Tamworth section the offerings was small but select and the majority of the animals wero backed by imported blood.
