Harvey, Fulton and Hill Harvey, Fulton and Hili feport having held their weekly market sale their mart, Russell street, Hastings, on Saturday last, when a large entry in all sections eame under the hammer. Poultry pens were all filled and the demand was quite good,3 but prices naturaiiy" Were not quite as firm as those ruling for the Laster trade. A lai'ge entry of sundiies and tools met with strong competition, and these wet© sold at very firm rates. Prices may be quoted: — Poultry— W.L. pullets 4/- to 5/-, B.O. pullets 4/6 to 6/-, W.L. hens 1/6 to 1/10, B.O. hens 2/6 to 3/3, R.L Ked cockerels, 3/- to 3/6, bantams 6d. ducks 4/- to 5/- pair, geese 4/3.
