AUCKLAND, April 5. "Wait and see," said Hon. J. A. Lee when questioned in Auckland to-day concerning the rentals likely to be charged for State houses. Discussing various aspeets of the housing sclieme, Mr. Lee said that legislation would be preparcd for the next sessiou to enable slum elearanco to be effected.
