Meetipg of Committee At a recent committee meeting of the Napier Park Racing Club, Mr . Cecil Louisson presided over Messrs. ( Head, Twist, Williams, Miller, Smith,

Sandtmann, Kuddenklau, McNiven, Chesney, Bowinan and Cox. The New Zeaiand Racing Conferenoe wrote re nomination of delegates for the conference and the Hawke's Bay district committee. The following were nominated :Messrs P. F. Wall and W. H. Gaisford (conference), Messrs Twist, McNiven, Gaisford, Wall and Wood (Hawke's Bay district committee) The sum of £10 10/- was voted as a donation towards the late Kmg Geoi'ge V. memorial: The interim balance sheet of the autumn meeting, showing a small profit, was read. The programme for the winter meeting was aproved. The stakes to be distributed amount to £1475, an increase of £275 on last year's meeting. Three new members were elected. Accounts totalling £205 were passed for payment.
