Italian and Germans Foresee Defeat REBEL DISCONTENT

(Received 3, 1.55 p.m.) LONDON, April 2. Italian and Gennan officers ara now convinced that victory is impossihle unless the control of military operations ia given to them. They have lost confidence in General Franco and General de Llano. The Moors are dificontented becauso the operations are not fullfllling their hopes of booty. Dissensions are also reported within the rebel party. The Italians and Germans are sujr porting the Falangistp, who are Fascist extremists, against General Franco, whose Fascism, if it can be called that, is of the mildest brand. Harsh measures are at present being taken to suppress Falangist agitation, The Manchester Guardian's diplomatio correspondent says that General Orgas, Spanish rebel commander on the Madrid front, has been dismissed.
