MILK CONSUMPTION SHOULD BE DOUBLED IN GREAT BRITAIN

The nutrition committee expresses concern at the national milk consumption, which is under half what can be regarded as necessary for proper nutrition. • "Consumption should be one to two pints a day for children, two pints for expectant and nursing mothers and haif a pint for other adtdts, ' ' says a report by the coxnmittea.
