Russia Agrees That Bessarabia is Rumanian (Received 1, 8.45 a.m.) - BUCHAREST, March 31. The Russo-Rumanian 18-year disput* over -Bessarabia has ended- by the Soviet officially recognising th* province as Rumanian territory. It is expeeted that a Russoh Rumanian pact . of mutual assistanc* will follow, possibly allowing RussianS to. traverse Bessarabia to assist CzechH slo vakia in case of attack.
