Tomato Custards Ingredients. — 6 large tomatoes, 1| teaspoonfuls grated onion, 1J teaspoonfuls salt, 3 eggs, 3 tablespoonfuls milk, breadcrumbs, 11- teaspoonfuls finely chopped parsley, i teaspoonful paprika. Method. — Iiemove a slice from the top of eaeh tomato, then scoop out the aoi't part witli a spoon. Beat the eggs woll in a basin, then stir in the milk, onion, parsley, salt and paprika. Pour fckis mixture into the prepared tomatoes and plaee tliem in a baking tin with a little fat, sprinkle wi.tli the breadcrumbs and bake slowly for 30 minutes.
