Canada's Governor-General (Received 1, 8.45 a .ra.) WASHINGTON, March 31. The Governor-General of Canada, Lord Tweedsmuir, was a guest at White House. President Roosevelt stated: "We will discuss everything." Lord Tweedsmuir will be entertained at a •number of banquets and receptions.
