Three Britons Killed and 48 Wounded INDIAN LOSSES UNKNOWN

(Beceived 31, 11.15 a.m.) o NEW DELHI, March 30. Three hundred tribesmen attacked units of the flrst Abbottabad Brigade. while they were protecting portions of the Mirali Eazmak road, south-west of Damdil, to allow the passage of a convoy. Two Bfitish officers were killed and one wounded, and one British soldiei killed and 38 wounded. ' Two Indian officers were killed and one wounded and 19 Indian soldiers killed. Details of the tribesmen 's casualties are not available, but they are believed to have been considerable.
