Easter Golf Tournament at Havelock The Easter tournament of the Havelock North Golf Club took place duriug ti>6 week-end, and notwithstanding somewhat unfavourable weather conditions a full programme of events was played off. Following are the results: Gross aggregate of the first and second qualifying rounds fpr the Havelock North championship: — S. Dixon 155, A. E. Fulford 159, V. Vesty 165, C. Johanson 168, R. August 168, S. Karetu 169, J. Hill 171, H. J. Grieve 172, A. F. Redgrave 172, K. Bayliss 174, C. Carroll 175, F. Wilson 175, N. Wilson 176,F. Hawley 176, V. McNeil 178, D. Maekerlick 179. The championship was won by A. E. Fulford; runner-up, S. Dixon. The bogey handieap resulted in a tie. A play-off- gave first place to I. Elliott and second place to A. F. Redgrave. In the 18-hole stroke handieap evenl some good eards were returned. The competition was won by E. Riley, with F. Hawley second. Tho Stapleford handieap went to V. McNeil with a seore of 3S, the runner-up being B. L. MacDonald, 36. The Swarthmoor handieap was a closely-eontested match between the finalists, E. Riley and T. Taaffe, the former taking first. place. The flight tournament. was won by H. J. Grieve, with F. Hawley runner-up The winners of the four -ball bogey match were J. List and R. L. MacDonald. Putting competitions were held each day, the winners being A. F. Redgrave, R. L. MacDonald and J. Vesty for tho three days respectively. The tournament concluded with the presentation nf trophies by the president, Dr. Eeeve,
