NAPIER BRIDGE DRIVE
To augment the funds of the Napier Plunket Society, the acting-president, Mrs L. S- McClurg, arranged a bridge drive at her home during the week. It proved a most successful function. Th© various rooms used for bridge were decorated with artistio bowls of roses, carnations asters and zinnias. There .were present: — Mesdames H. L. Benjamin, A. E. Lawry, W. J. Geddis, O. Bee, C. Geddis, A. C. Biggs, H. Douglas, R. M. Cbadwick, T. M. Geddis, W. D. Fitzgerald, H. Tonkin, McOuIlum, T. B. Ferguson, F. Outfield, G. Clark, La Roche, L. Btephenson, L. Rolls, B. D. Chisholm, A. Powdrell, Hector Smith, A. Westerholme, W. Bryant, W. T. Foster, G. B. Amyes, C. Rathbone, F. A. Tiffen, W. S. Kent, Chapman, R. Worker, P. Kelly, O. W. Nash, J. Cornford and R. Milburn, Missse Pasley, Leithead (2) Hunter, Meddins, K. Geddis and O' Smith.
