CHURCH SERVICES
Good Friday is the most sacred day in the Christian year. The choir of St. I Matthcw 's Ohurch, Ha'stings, will sing "The Crucifixion," by Stainer, at 7.30 p.m. A eollection will be talcen in aid of choir funds. St. Jolin III. 16: "God so loved the world that He gave HiB only begotten Son to the end Ihat all that be-lieveth in Him should not perish [but have everlasting life."
