(Received 25, 11.5 a.m.) BERLIN, March 24. Dr. Hans Heinrich Dieekhoff, secrefcary of State at the Foreigxx Office, has beexx appointed Ambassador at WashingtOn. Dr. von Mackensen, a son of the war time general and a son-in-law of Baron von Neurath, succeeds Dr. L Dieekhoff.
