While Seviile is observiag Hoiy Week with processions of barefoot penitente and reverent religious services, the warfaro is continuing bitterly on the Madrid front. The cleax spring weather brought out warplanes. Thirty-five to 40 insurgent planes, taking advantage of the absence of the 70 Governmeut planes, which Were raiding the front lines, bombed Guadaia> jara. Many civilians sheltering in cellars were wounded or crushed by falling masonry. It is estimated that over a hundred persons are dead.
