Australia and Britain Want Closer Contact FIRST M0VE MADE

(Received 24, 1,5 p.m.) LONDON, March 23. A move is afoot to establish close liaison between the Engljsh and Australian Labour Parties. The absence of contact with the Dominions has long been regretted here, but no initiative was taken until Mr Tom Smith, M.P., who recently returned from an Australian visit, consulted his colleagues
