M- Dibby and Francis Winterbum, appeavjng in the Hastings Magistrate' s Court this morning, qharged respectively with failure fco make the transfer and with riding an unhcensed motor-oyole, The defendant Bibby's explanation, that the transfer was delayed until full payment was made for the cyele waa accepted by the Magistrate as reasonable, but it was pointed out that the transfer had to be mad© when the sale .vas effeeted, Both defendants were ordered to pay costs, amounting to 10/-.
