OrganiserS of sports, street and tea partieB and ownera of blocks of grandstand seats are insuring against rain, but cinema proprietors are insuring agaiflst fine weather. The tea-party ihsuraiice is a novelty. Those parties will be arranged for children in. their own streets by private shbseription and will last all day, with races and games.
