(Eeceived 23, 10.45 a.m.) SYDNEY, Mafch 23. The State Council of unemployed and relief workers will meet at Sydney next month to hear reports from the north, south, and west of the State, from which points it is intended to conduct simultaneous hunger-marches tO the Sydney Domain, where the marchers proposed to camp, subsCquentiy proceeding to Parliament buildings and placing before the Governor their demapds, including fulbtime work at award rates and an adequate housing scheme. Onb thousand m§n, induding Uiiemployed from the coalfield, plan to march from Newcastle in easy stages, occupying 13 days.
