Playing the role of a little danc^hall partner, Molly Gordon, whose brothet is unwittingly entangled with the gurt* running gang, Victoria Hopper give« one of the most pleasing performances of her career, whilo another outstand* ing piece of work is that of FredericK Peisley, as the brother, who is nlti* matc(y acquitted through the efforts o£ Brook. Many of the scenes in "Lonely;Road" were taken in the West of Eng* land, and it is here that Clive Brook' has his exciting experiencefc in a higlw powered sports car.
