It is claimed that the proposed flighte will prepare the way for an air route independent of disturbed international zones. The secondary purpose is to organise a company to operate a r8gular service. The proposed flights are from Carnarvon via COcos Island, Diego Garcia and the Seychelles to Mombasa, and from Mombasa via the Seychelles and Diego Garcia to Colombo.
