Colonel J. E. Duigan Appointed

WESTPORT, This Day. The appointment of Colonel J. E. Duigan as general-officer-commanding the New Zealand Forces in succession to Sir William Sinelair-Burgess, was announced to-day by the Defence Minister, the Hon. F. Jones. Sir William Sinelair-Burgess is retiring at the end of the month on superannuation.
