(By Telegravt
-Copyrisut.)
(Eeceived 19, 10.45 a.m.) VATICAN CITY, March 18. The Pope, in an Encyclical denouncing atheistie Communism, emphasises the danger to which Communism exposes nations. Specially referring to Mexico, Spain and Russia, he urges as remedies the necessity of detachment from worldly gods and the exercise of Christian charity and justice. He urgeo employers and the wealthy to recognise the workers ' right to adequate remuneration and recommends better understanding of the Catholic Church's doctrines, which alone can show the path to civil progress. He urged Catholic workers to abandon their vain differences and unite against Communism. Priests should inspire their parishioners and the State should assist the activity of the Church by firmness, wisdom and truth in administration.
