Waipukurau Teams Entertained (From Our Own Correspondent). WAIPUKURAU, Last Night. Members of the Waipukurau and Pukeora Bowling club on Wednesday took part in an enjoyable afternoon 's bowling on the Pukeora green. The vice-president of the Waipukurau Bowling Olub, Mr. F. Dunbar, thanked the members of the Pukeora team for a pleasant afternoon, also extending his thanks to ,the matron of the Pukeora Sanatorium, Misa A. C. Ingles, for supplying afternoon tea. The seeretary of the Pukeora Bowling Olub thanked the Waipukurau players for going out to play with them. Results were as follow:-— Hannigan, Twort, Hepburn, McVivar 24 v. Connell, Powell, Elliott Taylor 13, Weir, Owens, Carpenter 37 v. GazO, Hawkesly, Haycock 19. Von Hartitzsch, Skidmore, Jones, Oook 20 v. Howe, Beachen, Duckworth, Martin 18. Pearce, Shakes, Reckin, Given 19 v. Hunter, Smart, Carlson, Townsend 15. Karaitana, Drysdale, Maekie, Barfield 22 V. Fulton, Dunbar, Ewen, ClaTk 12.
