Education Board Decision A motion that all insurance policies trom the Napier Secondary Education Board be placed in future with the istate insurance offices was put before fche board at its meeting yesterday, but was lost by a five-to-l'our majority, m the arrival oi a member who entersd the boardroom just as the motion was put to the vote. Although members in support of the suggestion urgsd that as a State authority the board should support the State, those in opposition contended that an equal division of premiums was the better course to pursue. ' Both the Hon. W. E. Barnard, M.P. and the newly-elected employees' repi'esentative on the board, Mr D. B. McRae, spoke ,in favour of the motion, and the vothig with the exception of the vote of the chairman, Mr W. Dinwiddie, was equal until Mr H. E- Edgely} who arrived late, entered the room and decided the matter by opposing the motion.
