Capt. White-Parsons Returns From Australia INFORMATION FOR NAPIER

DUJNDDiJN, Tnis Day. Prosperity, reflected in the healthy condition of secondary industries in Australia, is noticeable on every hand, according to Mr. J. Bush and Captain White-Parsons, passengers by the Marama. The former is a Melbourne coaipany director and the latter the Napier Harbourmaster. Captain White-Parsons has obtained a fund of information about shipping and harbour methods in Australia which will be applied in the construction of Napier 's new harbour. He stated that there was no sign of depression in, the shipping world in Australia. The Commonwealth was flourishing and the people contented. Mr. Bnsh stated, that unemployment had been redueed by 20 per cent. t The passengers saw Milford Sound in perfect weather, being delighted by its beauty.
