Capable of Repelling Any Power STILL WANTS PEACE (Received 15, 9.35 a.m.) LONDON, March 13. "I can say with full responsibility that Russia at present is strong enough to xepel any attack on her terrftories by any foreign Power or combination of Powers and can do this single handed. Some may think I am bluffing, but X warn them that they would be unwise to try their strength againBt ours." Thus spoke the Soviet Ambassador, M. Ivan Maisky, at the Congress of Peace. M. Maisky emphasised Russia 's desire for peace and Teinforcement of colleetive sCcurity through the League of Nations, to which she would gladly again welcome Germany an.d Japan.
