Fortnightly Meeting Held

WAITAWA, -Liast JNlgnt. The fortnightly meeting of the Loyal Abbotsford Lodge, Manchester Unity Oddfellows, was held in the lodge-rooni last evening, the N.G., Sister B. Weston, presiding over a fair attendance of members. One new member was initiafted into the order, and two candidates were proposed for membership. An invitation was received from the Loyal Takapau Lodge to attend their meeting on March 15, and eftorts will be made to be represented. The agenda paper for the District Conference was before the Lodge for consideration, and delegates to the conference were granted discretionary voting powers. A social hour followed the meeting, supper being served by the social committee.
