Takapau Golf Club. A committee meeting of tlxe Takapau Golf Club was held on Tuesday night, and was presided over by Mr. M. McDonnoll. It was decided to open the links for tho new season early in April. Mr. J. P. O'Dowd reported on the imjirovcmcnt of the gieens and was very hopefjl that there would be a decided improvcmcnt this coming season, Tt nas decided to hold a golf ball on Wed: ucsday, April 14, aud comniittees are to be set up to further promote tho project.
