Sequel to Shooting Accident

• WAIPUKURAU, March 9. The loss of the use ef two fingers, and possibly the whole of the left arm, wili (be suffered by Raymond Sargisou as the resuit of an accident on Friday night when he received a charge from a shotgun in his left arm. Just prior to the accident Ray Sargison was making his way along the bed of the Tuki Tuki river when he saw a rabbit. He rushed forward to get a better position from which to shoot it but tripped in his haste. Ho was earrying the shotgun in his right hand, and, on trippiug, put his left hand out to break tho fall. it is understood that the gnn was discharged when he fell, the shot severing the tendons eontrolljing the uso of two fingers in the left Ihand.
