(Eeceived 10, 1.55 p.m.) HQNG KONG, March 9, The dpstroyer Ducffess is xacing to as?ist four Royal Air Porce flyipg-boats that wero forced. dowu in heavy weather in mid-'Pacific. It ia believed that they are in no immediate danger. One plane suoceeded in returning to Hong Kong. Three of the remaining flying-hoats are sheltering in the Great Ladrones group. Rour more destroyers have been ordered to proceed to their assistapcp as the weather ia rendering the puehorage daugerous.
