OTANE SUNDAY SCHOOL
Preservation of Prizes On Sunday afternoon at St. Paul's Presbyterian Church, Otane, the delayed annual distribution of prizes and gift books to the Sanday School scholara took place. The servxce which was adopted to suit the children was conducted by the Bev. Mr. Hobertson and the children under the direction of Mrs. A. Bull, sang several hymns. Text cards were presented to the children who had attended church services regularly. . The opportunity was taken to prosent Mrs. Bull, who has been Sunday School Superintendant for a number of years, with a book and a handbag as a token of appreciation of her selfsacrificiug work. Mr. Bobertson, who made the presentation on behalf of the parents, expressed gratitude to Mrs. Ball for her interest in the children ahd in the work of the church generally. Mrs. Bull returned thanks for the gifts and the kindly thought that had promted them, ihen presented books to the following: — Primary Class. — Etta Baikie, Dawn Scrimgeour, Isobel McDougall, Ju.dith Oram, Daphne, Symmons, June Knibb, Ethel Minto, Donald Baikie, David Oram, John Sirett, Bob Bartlett, Bay Stafford, James Ballard, Bruce Ballard. Junior Class. — Beryl Scrimgeour, Betty Baikie, Barbara Page, 'Helen Scrimgeour, Heather Bruce, Patricia Houston, Bertha Minto, Phil Oram, Colin Page, Beg. Ballard.
