B.B.C.'i Grant Decreased £70,000 BRITISH ESTO1ATES (Received 10, 11.5 a.m.) LONDON, March 9. The Home Offlce estimates total £23,§40,000, an incre&se of £4,090,000. They include £6,144,000 for air-raid precautions, of which half is being spent on gas masks. The Education Estimates total £62,' 801,000, an increase of £1,312,000. Grants to universities and post-gradu-ate courses a*e decreased £200,000. The Broadcasting Corporation's grant of £2,870,000 shows a decrease of £70, 000. _________
