Off-Duty Men Get Fish and Venison PROPERTY SAFEGUARDED

ROTORUA, Last Night. The 62 employees of Wilson Timber Mills, Ltd., Te Whaiti, will continue in occupation of the premises. Two representatices of the Company are establish/ed in the mill office while the men are making their headquarters in the planing shed and boiler room. While one party remainB on the premises others have been procuring. venison and trout which are being supplied to their workmates in the mill. No negotiations have so far been entered into between the company and the men who have turned back lorries arriving at the mill to load timber. A representative of the men stated today that every care was being taken to eafeguard the company 's property but that the men were determined to reinain in possession of the premises until the manager has been reinstated. The possibility of inviting one of the several Ministers of the Crown who will be in Rotorua during the coming weekend to arbitrate in the dispute has been mooted. Representatives of the ' company when approached had no statqment to make.
