Smith Cup Match HAVELOCK BEAT WAIPAWA The flrst match of the season for the Smith Cup was played on the Havelock North Bowling Club 's green on Wednesday between Havelock and Whipawa, Havelock being the holders of the trophy. Rain fell for the greater part of the afternoon, and after 15 heads had been played it was decided to discontinue the match, Havelock being the winners, 14/9.
