Success of Congress in Elections LONDON, March 3. Jawaharlal Nehru, the Congress leader, has cabled to the Daily Hcrald; "The striking success of the Congress party in the provinoial elections demonatrates that the people emphafxcaliy support our objectives, namely Jndiau independence, rejection of the new Constitution and the summoning of an elected constituent assembly to framo our own constitution. We will continuo working to that end both inside and outside the Jegislatureo. "
