Messrs Harvey, Fulton and Hill report having held their usual weekly sale xn their Mart, Russell street, Hastings, on Saturday, when there was a large entry in all sections. The demand, especially for poultry, was exceptionally good and a xotai clearance was made. Prices seem certain to keep fiym until at least the Easter trade is filled. Prices were as follow: W.L. pullets 6/- to 6/6, B.O. pullets 7/3 to 7/9, W.L. hens 1/6 to 2/1, B.O. hens 2/3 to 3/-, W.L. cockerels 1/6 to 2/11, B.O. fiockerels, 1/9 to '3/10, ducks 5/- to 6/- a pair. Sundries: Pomeranian 8/-, tools 7/-, liose 9/-, saw 3/6, sickle 2/-, axe 3/-, fork 2/3, grubber 6/-, shovel 3/-, lawnmover £1, clubs 12/-, palms 8/6, spades 4/6, bicycle wheel 3/-, 10 doz. sacks at 5/- doz (second hand), netting 7/6, 3/-, bath 11/-, emerystone 11/6, maize sheller 11/6, engine £1 10/-, 2horse mower £3 5/-, saddle £6, copper £ 1 10/-, screen £1, Stanley mitre box £1 15/-, desk table £3, pram £1 10/-, maize crusher £3 10/-, tricycle 12/6, ttallboy £2 5/-, single bed £2 Duchesse £4 15/-, £3 10/-, bicycles £3 18/6, £1 17/6. Fruit and vegetables sold at firm l rates. ,
