RIFLE SHOOTING
Napier Defence Club During the week-end the Napier Defence Bifle Club held its annual shoot for the Ormond Belt. A miniature cup presented by Mr. F. Ormond, an enthusiastic supporter of the club, also goes with the belt. Bifleman J. Munro shot very consistently to win with a total of 240. He was followed closely by* A. Hyde with 237.- Banges were 3Q0, 5Q0> 600, 800 a^id 900 yards, 10 shots at each range, standards 47, 49, 47, 48 and 46. Possibles were xegistred at 500 by B. O. Holt and at 800 by H. C, Bussell.
