C. Robinson Wins Both Spritii Titles TRACK RATHER HEAVY

WELLINGTON, Last Night. • Tho Wellington provincial athletio ■ et. ampionships were held .to-day in fine •weather. The track was heavy after the week's rain and prevented fast , times. Both sprints were won by C. j Robinson while the mile and three-mile I titles were retained by A. R. Wilson and : A. J.
