(Receivea 25, 8.45 a.m.) LONDON, Feb. 24. The Abyssinian Legation confirms that a Coronation invitation has been received by the Emperor, who later .will designate his represenlative. It is anthoritafively stated in Rome that Italy will boycott tio Coronation if . Abyesinia attends. It is pointed ont that deposed feovereigns do not lose tbe claim to the title "His Majesty1* when they loae their kingdom and, therefore, no objection could be raised if tbe invitation were addressed simply to "His Majesty Baile Sellassie," bnt tbe case would take on a very different complexion if it were addressed to Haili Sellatsie as "Emperotr of Abyssinia, ' ' siueo the JSbijj of Italy now holds that title. The Morning Post's Eome correspoudent declares that Anglo-Italian rela.tions h^ve suffered a definite setback as a result of the invitation which eections of tha Italian Press desoribe as an affront to Italy, if not a chatton ce. Aceording to the Daily Telegraph's diplomatic correspondent, Haili Sellassie ioay himself attend the Coronation. He is at present staying at Bath, where he ia knowu as "Mr Tafari toakonnen.''
