The number of Eatepayers and the value, improved and unimproved, of all rateable property within the Town District of Havelock North are: — Number of Eatepayers 334; • Improved value £329,531; Unimproved value £115,817. The Members of the Board for the said Electric Power District shall be elected by the Electors of the several constituent distriets of the said Electric Power District as altered. The number of Members proposed to constitute the Board for the said Electric Power District * as altered is 10, and the number of Members proposed to be elected by each constituent district are: — Napier Borough 2, Hastings ^Borough 2, Hawke 's Bay County 4, Taradale Town District 1, Havelock North Town District 1. It is proposed to present the said Petition at the expiratioa of oue month from the publication of this Notice.
