Suppression of Extremist Elements ANTI-SEMITES ARRESTED (Received 24, 1.45 p.m.) BUCHAREST, Feb. 23, After reconstructing Cabinet and becoming his own Minister of the Interior, M. Talarescu announced a policy of stern repression of Rightist and Extremist elements. Leaders oi the anti-Semitic Students ; Association have already been arrested. It is oxpected that his next move will be the suppression of the Fascist group known as "All for the Fatherland. ' ' The Ruoianian Ministers in Rome and Berlin have been summoned home for a conference, but it • is believed that they will not return until tio Italian and German Ministers are tocalled for their action in attending the funeral of two Rumanian Iron Guards.
