Holland Open Again to Dominions (Received 24, 11.15 a.m.) AMSTERDAM, Feb. 23. The Dominions are to be given a chance to xegain their lost market in Holland for their butter, according to the newspaper Handelsblad, whieh states that butter from the Dutck East Indies will be limited from March 1 to the quantity imported during 1936, namely 244 per cent of the total.
