Dr. J. Allan Berry bas not tendered bis fesignation as a member of tbe bonorary staff of tbe Napier Hospital. Arising out ef a recent inquiry, Dr. Berry Was requested by tbe Hawke's Bay Hospital Board on Monday last to forward bis resignation in seven days. Tbis afternoon Dt. Berry informed tbe Hetald-Tribune tbat be bad not complied witb tbe board 'S fequest.
