Braddock and Louis Sign Contract CHICAGO, Feb. 20. Braddbelt and Louis -have signed a contract, under which Braddock will receive 50 per cent. of the receipts or 500,000 dollars guarantee, plus.half the cinema and radio rights. Louis will receive 17J per cent. of the receipts. Mr Foley, the sole promoter, said he expected no difficultv with a Madiaai Snuare Garden contract. i
