The seheme to provide free milk daily to pricnary-school children in, Dunedin and suburbs cOmCs into opcra-i tion on Marck 8 as part of the Gov-* ernmeht's Dominion sehenje, which .will ultimately cost £180,000 annually. Tho local committee last night recommended the Goverament to aceept the Taieri Beninsula Co.'s tender to supply milk in sealed hali'-pint bottiea With straws.
