Meeting of Hawke's Bay Executive A meeting of the executive of the Hawke 's Bay War Relief ' Association ;was held at "Napier last night. The following branch returns were adopted:— Dannevirke, December, payments £114 2/2, receipts £47 10/2; Dannevirke, January, £234 3/5, £158 0/4; Hastings, December, £142 7/11, £101 18/6; ' Hastings, January, £264 11/3, £119 16/7; Takapau, Deeember and January, £45 2/6, £24 15/4; Waipawa, December and January, , £19 '4/-; Waipukurau, December and January, £44 3/5, £26 12/8; Napier, December, £227 15/6, £161 12/10; Napi.er, January, £199 7/4, £135 9/4; Woodville, December and January, £10 1/2;; £64 9/7. Tdtals, £3287 14/8 and £859 8/11. The secretary reported that assistance had been' granted since the previous meeting of the executive to soldxers and dependents amounting to £991 4/3, comprising grants £567 4/8, loans £225 5/1, and payments . on accoiint of other societies £198 14/5.
