Judgment for plaintiffs by default of defendants was given in the following caises at the eivil session of the Napier Magistrate4s Court yesterday by Mr. J. Miller, S.M.:— Mason Building Ltd., v. A. J. Gunn, £3 1/9, costs £1 6/9; John Carr v. H. K Simpson, 14/-, costs 13/-, F. N. -russell and B. L Sutton v. William S* Chnlien, £8 7/6, costs £1 11/6; C. R, Stevens and Sons v. T. Pellow, £4 8/6, cbsts £1 6/6. On a judgment summons, Thomas A* Bulled, Junr., was ordered to pay C. R* Stevsens and Sons 15A ' forthwith, ii| default one day's imprlsonment.
