Miss K. Golds, Napier, is Wanganui Miss P. Garvey, Napier, is vislting •Wanganui. Mr and Mrs E. G. Stevenson left Napier on Saturday for a fortnight's motor tour. Mrs A. E. Wrightson, of Napier, is on a fortnight's visit to her sister, Mrs Pearson, at Wellington. Mr and Mrs Lust and Mr and Mrs Phil Schneideman, of Wellington, were week-end visitors to Napier. Miss Eileen Cahill, of Napier, is following a brief visit to Palmerston North and Wellington with a fortnigkt spent touring the Nelson district. Miss J. D. Power, New Plymouth, accompanied by Mr J. Davies, Palmerston North, are visiting Taupo. Mr and- Mrs Guy Rochfort and jMiss Alix Rochfort, Duke street, Hastingvs, are staying at their Taupo cottage. Mrs G. Gerrand, Palmerston North, arrived to-day to spend a holiday with her mother, Mrs J. Landels, St. Aubyn street, Hastings. She was accompanied by Miss Connie Symes, who haa been her guest. Mr J. T. H. Bush, Tikitiki, Gisborne, is the guest of "Mrs Seton Wenley, Maraekakaho. Miss Olga Lason, who has been visiting friends in Hawera, has returned to her home in Dannevirke. Mr and Mrs Nicholson Miller and the Misses Margaret and Rosemary Miller have returned to Havelock North after a short visit to Wellington where they farewelled Mr Nicholson Miller 's sister, Lady Youug, who sailed by the Awatea on her return to England. Miss Hill has returned to Eltham from a fortnight's holiday at Napier. Mrs M. Grenside, Hastings, is visiting Waitara and is the guest of Mrs A. Chadwick. Mrs J. D. McTamney, Patea, is on a holiday visit to Dannevirke. Miss Christina. MacKay, daughter of Mrs Norman . MacKay, Hastings, and late of Maraekakaho, who xecently passed. the State maternity examination, is joining the stafE of the Cook Hospital, Gisborne., Mrs W. S. Clark, Taranaki, is spending a holiday at Napier. Mrs L. J. Eurrie and Miss Rhea Furrie returned this week to Stratford from three weeks ' holiday in Hawke's Bay and Marton. Mrs It. Hall left Opunake at the week-end for a camping holiday at Napier, Rotorua and Mercury Bay. Mrs Riddler, Wellington, is visiting Hawke's Bay.
