FINANCES IMPROVE
Positi i of N.Z. Universities SYDNEY, Feb. 13. Dr. Hight, of Canterbury University College, who is en route to the Universities Conference at Adelaide, said thnt the financial difficulties of the Universities were causing the authorities muoh anxiety. "For some years our New Zealand Universities have been in need of money," he said. "Things are now improving a little, as the present Government is very sympathcitic towards education."
